The retention period of clients' personal data depends on the purpose concerned. In this context, clients' personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill their request. In the absence of any realization, the personal data is deleted within the time recommended by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), after a period of three years from their collection, subject to:
- Legal possibilities and obligations for archiving,
- Obligations to retain certain data for evidentiary purposes, and/or to anonymize them.
Clients' personal data collected and processed for the execution of offers is retained for the duration necessary to manage the contractual relationship. By way of derogation, personal data required to establish proof of a right or contract are archived in accordance with legal provisions (5 or 10 years after the end of the business relationship depending on the case).
Who are the recipients of your data?
Our internal services: They are processed by the staff of our various departments such as the commercial department or the department responsible for IT security. The personal data collected from clients is hosted in France and is not transmitted to third parties.

We implement all organizational and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for your personal data, and in particular to prevent any loss of confidentiality, integrity, or accessibility. We frequently back up data, physically protect premises and control entry, encrypt your data to protect it during transfer, limit access to personal information as much as possible to only those who need to process it, and implement technical and organizational measures to ensure that clients' personal data is securely retained for the duration necessary for the purposes pursued.
What are your rights over your personal data?

We reserve the right to:
- Request proof of the identity of the requester in case of reasonable doubt to comply with our confidentiality obligation
- Extend the response time by two months, informing the requester of this extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request
- Refuse to respond to a rights exercise if it is considered abusive (due to its number, repetitive or systematic nature).
